Senior Manager - Group HR Digital

In this role, you will drive the end-to-end management of HR technology initiatives, from defining requirements to delivering scalable digital solutions that improve employee experience and HR efficiency. You will work on reengineering HR processes to enable digital transformation, while shaping and executing the HR digital strategy across the Group and its companies. The role requires close collaboration with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and continuous enhancement of the HR tech landscape. You will also play a key role in building adoption by training HR teams and SPOCs, supporting internal and external HR digital branding efforts, and proactively identifying gaps and emerging technologies to keep the function aligned with evolving business needs.
