Position Summary
The HRBP Manager acts as a strategic partner to business and project leadership teams, aligning HR initiatives with business goals. The role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, workforce productivity, and culture across multiple construction sites, while leveraging SAP SuccessFactors for data-driven HR decision-making and digital HR transformation.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Partnership
•    Partner with Regional Directors, Project Heads, and Functional Leaders to drive business outcomes 
•    Translate business plans into HR strategies for manpower, productivity, and capability building 
•    Act as a trusted advisor on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management 

2. Workforce Planning & Talent Strategy
•    Develop region-specific manpower strategies aligned with project pipelines 
•    Drive talent acquisition planning for critical and niche roles 
•    Utilize SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics & Planning tools for forecasting manpower needs 
•    Build leadership pipeline and succession plans using digital talent frameworks 

3. Performance & Productivity Management
•    Drive performance management cycles through SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals module. 
•    Ensure goal alignment between project teams and organizational objectives 
•    Use system-generated insights to improve workforce productivity and efficiency 

4. Employee Engagement & Experience
•    Drive engagement initiatives tailored to remote/project site environments 
•    Leverage SuccessFactors Employee Central and survey tools to monitor engagement and feedback 
•    Promote a high-performance, safety-first culture. 

5. Industrial Relations (IR) & Employee Relations (ER)
•    Provide strategic guidance on IR matters, union interactions, and workforce stability 
•    Handle complex grievances and disciplinary issues 
•    Maintain a positive IR climate across all project locations 

6. Change Management & Digital HR Transformation
•    Lead HR digitization initiatives, especially adoption and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors 
•    Drive change management for system rollouts, upgrades, and new HR processes 
•    Train and support business leaders and site HR teams on system usage 

7. Capability Building & Leadership Development
•    Identify skill gaps using SuccessFactors Learning module 
•    Implement targeted training programs and track learning effectiveness 
•    Coach and mentor project leaders and line managers 

8. HR Governance & Compliance Oversight
•    Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies across sites 
•    Collaborate with HR operations to maintain accurate employee data in SuccessFactors Employee Central 
•    Ensure audit readiness and compliance tracking through digital systems 

9. HR Analytics & Reporting
•    Use SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics / Workforce Analytics to generate insights 
•    Track key HR metrics (attrition, productivity, hiring trends) 
•    Present data-driven recommendations to regional leadership 

Qualifications & Experience
•    MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent 
•    15-18 years of HR experience, with 4–6 years in HRBP roles 
•    Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation or usage 
•    Experience in civil construction, infrastructure, or EPC industry preferred 

Preferred Experience
•    Exposure to multi-site/project-based environments 
•    Experience working with senior leadership teams 
•    Managing large white – collar, blue-collar and contract workforce ecosystems
