Position Summary
The Senior HRBP – Business Operations will partner with Corporate leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives, strengthen workforce capability, and ensure effective HR service delivery across procurement, logistics, warehousing, and vendor management functions. The role focuses on aligning people strategy with business objectives to enhance operational efficiency and performance
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic HR Business Partnering
• Partner with Corporate leadership to align HR strategy with business goals
• Support organization design, workforce planning, and productivity improvement initiatives
• Act as a trusted advisor on all people-related matters
2. Workforce Planning & Talent Management
• Drive manpower planning, budgeting, and hiring strategy in coordination with Talent Acquisition
• Identify critical roles and build succession pipelines
• Promote internal mobility and career progression within Corporate functions
3. Performance Management & Appraisal
• Drive end-to-end performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews)
• Ensure alignment of individual goals with Corporate KPIs (cost optimization, inventory turns, vendor efficiency, etc.)
• Facilitate performance calibration and normalization discussions
• Support compensation actions (increments, promotions, bonuses) based on performance outcomes
• Analyze performance trends and provide insights to leadership
4. Employee Engagement & Culture
• Design and drive engagement initiatives tailored to Corporate Staff.
• Address employee concerns proactively and ensure high engagement levels
• Foster a performance-driven and collaborative culture
• Drive annual awards, Townhall and HR initiative programs for employee development
5. Employee Relations & Grievance Handling
• Manage employee relations issues and disciplinary actions
• Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
• Understanding of POSH and HR Compliances.
6. HR Operations & Compliance Oversight
• Oversee HR operations (onboarding, payroll inputs, attendance, exits) for Corporate.
• Ensure adherence to statutory compliances and company policies
• Support audits and ensure documentation readiness
7. Learning & Capability Development
• Identify capability gaps in Corporate teams
• Drive functional and behavioral training interventions in collaboration with L&D
• Support leadership development for key roles
8. HR Analytics & Reporting
• Track and analyze HR metrics (attrition, productivity, cost, etc.)
• Provide actionable insights to improve workforce efficiency and retention
9. Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with HR COEs (TA, C&B, L&D) for seamless HR delivery
• Work closely with Finance, Admin, and Corporate leadership
• Coordinate with external partners/vendors where required
10. Change Management & Transformation
• Support Corporate transformation initiatives (process improvements, digital adoption, restructuring)
• Drive change management and communication plans

Educational Qualification:
MBA / MMS or equivalent with specialization in Human Resources
Experience:
15–17 years (preferably in EPC / Infrastructure / Manufacturing / Corporate environment)
