Role Overview:
The Senior Manager – Projects will lead overall project execution of the Wind Power Project at Gadag, ensuring delivery within time, budget, quality, and safety parameters. The role involves strategic planning, stakeholder management, team leadership, and driving operational excellence at site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project execution including civil works, WTG erection, electrical works, and commissioning.

• Ensure adherence to contractual milestones and approved project schedules.

• Develop execution strategies and monitor progress against baseline plans.

• Manage site teams, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure productivity and quality compliance.

• Oversee project budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.

• Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Supply Chain for seamless material and technical support.

• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and local authorities.

• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.

• Review MIS reports and provide regular updates to senior management.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.

• 12–18 years of experience in wind/renewable/infrastructure project execution.

• Proven experience in leading large-scale site operations and cross-functional teams.
