  1. PRODUCTION:  
  1. Oversee the production process and drawing up a production schedule
  2. Exercise control on power and fuel and to arrest leakages on a war footing
  3. Adherence to M/c Scheduling as per production plan

2. CLIP:

    • maintain optimum balance between production levels and sales planning
    • Department wise CLIP score improvement and CLIP loss variance analysis
    • Reduction in stock delay loss.

3. Continuous improvement through Kaizens and 5s scores.

4. To prepare and maintain MIS containing information regarding production on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis
