• Releasing of compound and components as per plan with minimum development cost.
• Successful implementation of compound excellence
• Successful implementation of zero-defect workstations
• Timely support for capacity expansion projects in plant, by identifying the opportunities as well as executing the identified projects.
• Ensure adequate standards are in place for plant operations.
• Continuous identification and implementation of improvement projects
• Conducting trials for low cost alternate rwa material and alternate supplier development.
