- Drive end-to-end hiring for frontline and managerial sales roles.
- Ensure optimal manning levels across territories through proactive workforce planning.
- Partner with TA teams and business leaders for timely closures and quality hiring.
- Monitor onboarding effectiveness and early employee integration.
