2. Talent Acquisition & Manning

  • Drive end-to-end hiring for frontline and managerial sales roles.
  • Ensure optimal manning levels across territories through proactive workforce planning.
  • Partner with TA teams and business leaders for timely closures and quality hiring.
  • Monitor onboarding effectiveness and early employee integration.
