JOB DUTIES

Job Summary:

Responsible for maintaining EHS management system and EHS culture

Planning & Implementation:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

  • Coordination with all Units and implement the best practices across the unit.
  • Check the compliance for Corporate / EHS Legal / other requirements
  • Conduct & Prepare on site Emergency Plans, EHS manual, HIRA, JSA etc. as per requirement.
  • Support line management in implementing required ISO 14001 & ISO 45001
  • Create Environment, Occupational Health & Safety awareness amongst all employee of the organization
  • Support the unit managers to implement Environment, Health & Safety policy in all operations without any compromise
  • Monitor Environment related statutory compliances in unit.
  • Monitor and improve environment related infrastructure like ETP, STP, other requirement like air, noise etc.
  • To monitor the effective implementation of the environment management plan (EMP) at site.
  • Take suitable actions to close the non-compliances with active help of unit team
  • Monthly reporting to customer and corporate requirement 
  • Involvement and implementation of contractor management system.
  • Incident report to concern authorities/corporate EHS and involve in incident investigation to find CAPA.
  • Conduct EHS training for employees, contractor and other concern of project.

  • Audit/ inspect the work area and guide to follow safety methods of work practice to eliminate unsafe condition, unsafe acts, and protect environment or minimize pollution
  • Deliver training and review the effectiveness of the training conducted
  • Advise on matters related to carrying out unit Safety Inspections

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

 

Experience Required:  6-10 years of experience. Knowledge of Manufacturing unit is required.
