About Civil & Urban Infrastructure Business:

KEC’s Civil business focuses on the construction of factories, warehouses, residential buildings, railway stations, metros, and sewage & water treatment plants, and comprises of four verticals – 

A. Infrastructure & Heavy Civil (Metro & Water Projects), 
B. Industrial & Hydrocarbon (Factories) , 
C. Residential & Public Spaces 
(Buildings, Commercial Spaces), 
D. Defence 
(Civil projects in Defence sector).

Key Accountabilities

  • Admin  Guest House administration, maintenance & process running expense bill

  Issue salary, incentive , Education & Marriage loan letters

Coordination for Company car, taxi , travel and Hotel and Air ticket Booking as per Approval from SVP

  •  Attendance  Maintain attendance & leave record of company apprentices & DEO. Prepare & submit payroll details.
  • Compliance      Submit quarterly ER-1 return on Rojgar Maha Swayam portal .
  •  Ensure submission of compliance related to Sexual harassment. .
  • Coordination    Corodinate events like R&R award functions, RPG Day function, Women’s day, Yog Day, Environment day, Holi Milan .Happiness Survey
  • Send monthly list of employees whose wedding anniversary for married & birthday for bachelors to Haldiram in advance & ensure delivery of cake & bouquet at employee's residence
  •    Display birthday list each month on notice board in canteen
  • Housekeeping Ensure pest control treatment is done at regular intervals

 Oversee housekeeping in offices & plant area and canteen operation

  •  CPDC   Annual Contracts, CPDC & Bills processing
  •  Prepare working of annual contracts of HR related vendors (15 Nos) for uploading in SAP for further approvals of top management
  • Process vendor bills in SAP and ensure processing of bills for payment. Apart from regular contracts, process courier, taxi, hotel & other bills timely and submit to Accts for payment
  •  Apart from regular contracts, raise CPDC for courier, taxi, hotel, TPA & other bills timely after checking and submit to Accts for payment
  •   Send requirement of addtitonal budget whenever required head wise to SVP through GM PO for approval and uplading to concern head for raising CPDC
  • MIS ,CEO narrative ,SC Manpower report, Manpower data to Planning for MIS,organization chart,Non-permanent employee count
  •  Get dispatch details and submit to Accounts for dispatch incentive for eligible employees
  •  Get CNC variable pay details from Fabrication & submit to Accounts for payment
  •  Airtel corporate mobile &Tata lease management & bill submittion for payment 
  •   Update QMS/EHS/OHSAS (ISO) manuals from time to time for changes, if any, for audit purpose
