Responsible for ensuring ethical business conduct focussed on safeguarding of Occupational Health and Safety of people, property and environment conforming with the business, statutory and other requirements.

Planning & Implementation:
|
- Responsible for designing and developing Contractual EHS documents (EHS Plan, Generic Risk Assessment etc.)
- Identify best practices among all sites and informs all sites about those practices
- Design risk control measures
- Drive safety induction programs through site EHS teams
- Identify training needs and build competency of members aligning business requirements e.g., environment and social management, NEBOSH certificates, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 etc.
- Carrying out Health risk assessment and drive health initiatives
- Monitoring compliance of EHS requirements across projects

Business Partnering
|
- Drive improvement of EHS score as per the mandated targets
- Ensure adherence to compliance / MMR scores
- Responsible for driving for 100% compliance to agreed preventive and corrective action plan – basis major incidences
- Review and analyse EHS assessment scoresheets and provide measures to ensure EHS Standards

Fatality Prevention
|
- Implement Systems, Processes and Review Mechanisms to drive zero Fatality across projects
- Administer & Enforce Fatality Prevention Plan through RM-Execution, PCHs across projects

|
Covid Measures
|
- Implementation of Covid SOP’s
- Regular engagement / interaction / assessment of w.r.t. implementation of Covid SOPs and monitoring its compliances
- Regular updating of practices and bench marking with Competitor best practices.

Digital & Innovation
|
- Digital –Implementation of Raksha Safety App by including new features like LMRA, e-permit.
- All critical incidences, EHS processes and their reviews to be captured and closed on digital platform (Raksha App).
- Implementing Safety training through virtual modules across all Project sites.
- Build and drive innovation campaigns at project sites across projects to generate executable ideas on high-risk activities
- Implement innovative ideas to drive LTI / major incidences reduction & compliance improvement

|
- Work closely with all stakeholders across regions for ESG to drive initiatives in focus areas of identified issues
- Drive to implement effective and reliable data management for ESG performance measures for project sites
- Drive & benchmark ESG Initiatives
