| 1. Sampling and analysis of In-process samples, Intermediates, Hold time samples, Process validation samples, Cleaning validation samples, Rinse samples, Swab samples, Raw materials, Particle size analysis and Finished products by HPLC. |
| 2. Analysis of accelerated and long term stability studies of APIs. |
| 3. Analysis for qualification of working standards and impurity standards as per requirement. |
| 4. Initiation, completion and filing of Daily Analytical Reports. |
| 5. Calibration of instruments as per calibration schedule. |
| 6. To complete activity of Preventive maintenance of analytical Instruments. |
| 7. To initiate the change control and perform related activity. |
| 8. Maintenance of HPLC columns. |
| 9. Monitoring of stock of adequate glassware, chemicals, instruments, reference standard and volumetric standards. In case of insufficient stock, requisition of the same for avoiding delay of testing. |
| 10. In absence, all above assignments will be handed over to Sr. Executive/ Designee. |
| 11.Any other assignment by the Asst. manager / Department Head |
| 12.Observation of Good Laboratory Practices as laid down in Quality Control Standard Operating procedures. |
