- Initiation of change control, deviation and CAPA and perform related activities through EQMS
- Investigation of Out of specification and laboratory incidents and documentation of such investigations including corrective and preventive action.
- Monitoring and review regular calibration of all instruments of the Quality control laboratories, calibration whenever required
- Preparation & monitoring schedule of Stability study, Calibration, Working standard, Preventive maintenance.
- Assessment and qualification of new and existing equipments and instruments within QC laboratory.
- Any other assignment allocated by Department Head.
