SAP Executive

 

Job Description:

  1. Candidate must have experience on databases management specially HANA 2.0 (SP3) and Sybase 16.0.03.06.
  2. Candidate must have Knowledge on SAP daily backups and Backup tools management e.g., Networker.
  3. Candidate must Knowledge on co-location services and Data Center Management.
  4. Candidate must have experience to manage Disaster Recovery site and perform DR Mock Drills.
  5. Candidate must have experience in Installation, Upgrade and Migration.
  6. Candidate must have Daily SAP Server Monitoring Activities and Transport Management System (TMS)
  7. Candidate must have experience of SAP Securities like roles creation and SOD (Segregation of Duties).
  8. Candidate must have Knowledge on system refresh activity.
  9. Candidate must have Strong troubleshooting skills with proven ability to analyze and determine root cause and provide resolution for complex issues.
  1. Knowledge experience on Solution manager (SMP) 2.0 and FIORI landscape.
  1. Working experience on Integration with Cloud systems or other 3rd party software/solutions preferred.
  2. Overall working knowledge on Server, Network as an Infrastructure and OS Knowledge – SUSE/Windows, implementing Security guidelines, following SOP and Policies.
  3. Candidate good to have Knowledge of Service Market Place (SMP) and SAP Incident management.
  4. Network knowledge preferred.
  5. Experience on All internal and external audits management i.e., General IT Controls, regulatory audits and SAP license etc.
  6. Work with support Partner Basis team and Vendors to manage and maintain SAP application and infrastructure with 99.9 % availability.
  7. Responsible for Internal stakeholders, Vendor Management, Excellent written and verbal communication.

 

Qualification:

  • Graduation in B.Sc. IT/ BE /M.Sc./ MCA

 

Professional Experience: 

  • 5+ years’ experience in SAP Basis, Security and Disaster recovery (DR) management, System performance, Maintenance and upgrades.

 

Other requirements:

  • Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others.
  • Experience in a leading pharma company preferred.
