Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Officer – Administration to manage and coordinate day-to-day administrative operations at our Wind Energy Project site in Bhuj. The role will be responsible for ensuring efficient site administration, employee welfare, facility management, vendor coordination, travel and accommodation arrangements, and overall administrative support to facilitate smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative activities at the project site and ensure smooth functioning of the site office.

  • Coordinate employee accommodation, transportation, guest house management, and related logistics.

  • Arrange travel bookings, local conveyance, and lodging for employees, visitors, and project stakeholders.

  • Liaise with local vendors and service providers for housekeeping, security, catering, transportation, and facility management services.

  • Monitor and maintain site infrastructure, office facilities, and utilities to ensure uninterrupted operations.

  • Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies, stationery, and administrative consumables.

  • Process administrative bills, invoices, and vendor payments in coordination with relevant departments.

  • Maintain records related to assets, vehicle utilization, accommodation, and administrative expenses.

  • Support employee onboarding and welfare initiatives at the project site.

  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and Project teams for administrative requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and local administrative requirements.

  • Prepare and maintain administrative MIS reports, documentation, and records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

  • Additional qualification in Business Administration or Operations Management will be an added advantage.

Experience

  • 3–7 years of experience in Administration, Facility Management, Site Administration, or related functions.

  • Experience in EPC, Renewable Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, or Industrial Projects will be preferred.

Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of administrative and facility management processes.

  • Experience in vendor management and service coordination.

  • Good understanding of inventory and asset management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.

  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a dynamic project environment.

  • Ability to work independently at remote project sites.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring seamless administrative support and efficient site operations, contributing to the successful execution of the Wind Energy Project at Bhuj.
