| 3 | Quality | ||
| a | Ensure products are manufactured as per customer specifications and control plans | ||
| b | Verify first-off approval before production. Monitor in-process quality | ||

| d | Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints. | ||
| 4 | Safety & Compliance | ||
| a | Ensure PPE compliance. Ensure strict compliance with safety procedures | ||
| b | Maintain 5S standards across the production area. | ||

| d | Report and investigate safety incidents. | ||
| 5 | Process Improvement | ||
| a | Implement Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. Eliminate process waste. | ||
| b | Support OEE improvement projects. Participate in SMED and cost reduction activities. | ||

| a | Maintain production reports. Record shift handover details. Update production MIS. | ||
