Machine Breakdown Management: Lead troubleshooting and repair of machines, ensuring minimal downtime.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of machinery, electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience with troubleshooting techniques and maintenance management systems (e.g., CMMS).
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Analyze recurring issues, implement corrective actions to prevent breakdowns.
Safety Adherence: Ensure compliance with safety standards and conduct safety audits.
Team Leadership: Supervise and guide maintenance staff, ensuring efficient task delegation and training.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and reports on breakdowns, repairs, and safety.
Continuous Improvement: Suggest process improvements to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Diploma/degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or similar.
- Experience: 3-5 years in maintenance, with supervisory experience and knowledge of RCA and safety protocols.
