External Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:   
 
•Monitor glove laboratory processes, conduct trials, analyze data, and prepare reports using analytical techniques.
•Troubleshoots and resolves gloves laboratory processes.
•Ability to understand trends, real time data analysis and to take relevant cost-effective production related decisions.
•Facilitate cross functional coordination for resolving issues, engage with key production & quality team to understand their concerns and complaints.
•Familiarity with ERP system.
•Manpower management.
•Handling external testing
•Ensure system adherence and calibration of testing equipment’s.
•Ensure 5S implementation in the glove lab.
•Responsible for the production and quality of products, completing daily reports for trials.
•Trains all personnel in the department. Ensures that all personnel are trained with the help of trainers and leads
•Reports on all department and personnel issues
•Inspects and updates all set up sheets.
•Maintains department ISO procedures.
•Inventory management.
•Ensure output meets standards requirements
•Responsible for ensuring safe working conditions and compliance with all applicable Environmental, Health, Safety, and OSHA standards in the manufacturing industry.
