| Duties & Responsibilities | 1.Fixture & machine odering & development in EBU & Gas Meter. 2.Facility planning for production 3. PCN creation of Non Bom items. 4.Vendor finding for NPD machine items & Quotation arrangement. Creating Scope documents for new machines to be ordered. 6.Layout updation support on Autocad. 7.Execution of approved layout in shop Floor along with production & maintenance. Follow up 8. Updation of all process documents in EBU & Gas Meter like PFD, PFMEA, CP ,WI, PVS, Checksheet, PE related PPAP in EBU & Gas Meter. 9.Safety projects & docuemnts from vendor 10.Regural Cycle time study & keeping record of all process. 11.Mapping cycle time and calculating routing hours for Gas Meter & EBU products. 12.Implemantation of Cycle time improvement & capacity enhancement projects inEBU & Gas Meter. 13. Leading & executing digital projects in plant |
