JOB PURPOSE:

To Handle Latex Gloves Production in shift as a shift In-Charge, Responsible for the manufacturing of Electrical Gloves. Daily,he will supervise workmen in shifts and make sure that they complete their tasks and are motivated to work effectively. Shift supervisor skills include contributing to the production strategy by knowing the business goals and how to achieve them

DIMENSIONS:

                                                                                                                                                                                                                         KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

• To manage the Manpower deployment in his shift, according to the availability/strength of employees
• Responsible to run the plant in his shift as per planned schedule.
• Should have knowledge of processing of latex & trouble shooting.
• He is responsible for the complete dipping process during his shifts.
• Responsible for the quality of product in his shift including maintaining Coag and latex mix as per specification.
• Responsible for the material arrangement in proper way as per traceability requirements in his shift.
• Responsible for maintaining the documentation like production logbook/maintenance logbook/ Quality related issues. in his shift
• Ensuring upstream process through associates with traceability requirements and getting timely feedback for immediate troubleshooting during dipping.
• Overall responsible and to act as a senior most person in the plant while working on holidays.
• Responsible for reporting /discussing with his manager with all the issues he is faced in his shift.                                                                        Lead by example, ensuring a safe and efficient workplace is maintained at all times
• Lead follow up to customer concerns. Identify and eliminate root causes using proper tool and techniques. Sustain corrective actions to avoid repetition of issues.
• Responsible for trouble shoot defect and attending breakdown in his shift.                                                                                                 Excellent written and verbal communication skills
