External Job Description

Job Summary: To handle the planning of 400 to 500 Crs capacity manufacturing plant, preferable from Transformer, Switchgears or auto industries with 10 years of experience

Responsibilities:
1.Strategic Planning:
•Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive planning strategies aligned with organizational goals.
•Collaborate with senior management to establish priorities and objectives.
2.Resource Allocation:
•Efficiently allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project timelines.
•Monitor resource utilization and make recommendations for optimization.
3.Project Coordination:
•Work closely with project managers and team leads to create detailed project plans and schedules.
•Ensure project milestones are met and communicate any deviations from the plan.
4.Data Analysis:
•Analyze data related to project timelines, resource usage, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
•Generate reports and present findings to relevant stakeholders.
5.Collaboration:
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input for planning and coordinate activities.
•Foster effective communication and information exchange between departments.
6.Continuous Improvement:
•Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the development and implementation of best practices.
•Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to planning and execution.
7.Documentation:
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of planning processes, workflows, and project plans.
•Ensure that documentation complies with organizational standards.
