Project Management Lead

The Project Management Lead will be responsible for driving end-to-end post-acquisition integration (PMI) for acquisitions within the API business of RPG Life Sciences. The role will act as a central integration leader to ensure seamless alignment of strategy, operations, systems, and culture between the acquired company and RPG Life Sciences.

The role requires a strong consulting background, deep expertise in M&A integration, business planning, and transformation execution, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional integration programs at scale.
