About Civil & Urban Infrastructure Business: 

KEC’s Civil business focuses on the construction of factories, warehouses, residential buildings, railway stations, metros, and sewage & water treatment plants, and comprises of four verticals –  

A. Infrastructure & Heavy Civil (Metro & Water Projects),
B. Industrial & Hydrocarbon (Factories) ,
C. Residential & Public Spaces (Buildings, Commercial Spaces),
D. Defence (Civil projects in Defence sector).

We provide professional EPC services in an area dominated either by small unorganized players or by very few large companies. With extensive Civil expertise and capabilities built over the years across all our businesses, we are setting benchmarks in speed, quality and safety by bringing in leading technologies, professional project management expertise and intense focus on safety & quality, enabling us to deliver excellence to our clients. The business has established itself as a premier contractor in the industrial segment, especially cement and auto sector.

Currently, we are executing around 20 turnkey EPC projects comprising metros, factories, data centre, townships and residential buildings for a repertoire of clients in sectors such as Metro Rail, Cement, Auto & Auto ancillaries, Metals & Mining, FMCG, Real Estate and Defence, among others.

Job Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy for the international TandD business, identifying and capitalizing on new market opportunities in existing and emerging geographies. This includes expanding into new markets, diversifying product offerings, and fostering strategic partnerships.
• Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Lead the charge in securing new orders and expanding KEC's footprint in key international markets. Cultivate and manage relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards. Champion operational efficiency and implement best practices across all projects.
• Financial Performance: Drive revenue generation, profitability, and cash flow management for the international TandD business. This includes managing accounts receivable, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful claim management.
• Team Leadership and Development: Foster a high-performing and inclusive work environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent. Champion KEC's values and culture, driving employee engagement and fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in leadership roles within the international Transmission and Distribution sector of the EPC industry.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing growth strategies for international markets.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the financial and operational aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
• Passion for driving innovation and embracing new technologies within the TandD sector.
