Reporting to: Deputy Manager
SBU, Mini SBU & Location: Transformer , Chakan
Position Purpose: To take care of Sales & Marketing (Tendering)
Candidate Qualification: BE -Electrical / Mechincal / MBA
Experience: 10 years
Competencies Required: Technical know how, business Development, negotiation, customer relationship, Quick response time, Know Export terms & conditions.
Duty & Responsibility
Understanding the complete Sales & Order execution procedure
Understand the technical specifications of Transformers and prepare the Technical offer
Prepare the cost sheet in coordination with Design, SCM and verify with the market price
Monitoring and updating the Enquiries in CRM portal
Review with regional team for targetting Order to achieve the assigned goals
Analyze the competitor with the help of SWOT analysis
Working with Sales team to analyze the regional trends
Emphasis on value based selling and ensuring the technical specification should be in favor.
