2. Discover new market segments and business opportunities.
3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
4. Develop business forecasts, product roadmap, and conduct competitive analysis.
5. Formulate and implement innovative marketing strategies based on market insights and challenges.
6. Sales and Budget Management:
7. Perform customer research, analyze competitors, and keep up with market trends.
8. Develop and present sales budgets to senior management.
9. Oversee techno-commercial negotiations and sales for parts & tooling.
Contract and Cost Management:
10.Manage purchase aggrement (GPA); pricing agreements & NDA's
11. Generate monthly MIS for senior management .
12. Handle part costing, tooling cost settlements.
13.Oversee raw material settlements for copper,aluminium and forex fluctuations.
Project Management:
14.Lead project management efforts and ensure customer timelines are met for new business development.
15.Work on various manufacturing processes and new product development
16.Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and deliver prototype parts as per customer specifications.
Financial Management:
16.Ensure timely collection of receivables, payments, and account reconciliation.
Innovation and Team Development:
17.Participate in trade shows and tech days at customer to showcase capabilities
