Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all quality aspects of transformer design, from concept evaluation to final design approval.
- Establish and enforce Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 17025, IEC/IS standards, and customer specifications during the design stage.
- Review and validate design calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safety.
- Work closely with Production, Supplier Quality, and After-Sales to integrate feedback into future designs and prevent recurring issues.
- Lead resolution of design-related customer complaints with RCA and effective CAPA implementation.
- Promote automation, digital simulation, and advanced modeling techniques for design validation.
- Enquiry support for order booking
