Explain the need to add an extra HC to do this job    

Required for quick resolution of service support in West & South region including supervision of commissioning, attending customer complaints & coordinating in site support activities. 
Currently only one person is taking care of all site activities. 

Purpose of the Role

1.    Regional presence of service engineer for timely closure of issues
2.    Attending contractual requirements for installation & commissioning supervision
3.    Quick resolution of complaints at site 

Key Metrics of the Role

•    On time site support for west & South Region
•    Customer complaints resolution at site
•    Feedback from site for improvement actions at plant activities
•    Co- ordination in ASR at various sites & their commercial activities completion
•    Evaluation of ASRs 
•    Conducting Customer Trainings at sites
•    Analysis of customer complaints at with feedback from site
•    Ensuring corrective actions identified in installation & commissioning.
