External Job Description

Purpose of the Role    

For Testing of Transformers

Key Metrics of the Role    

•Good knowledge of Transformer Testing as per IS/IEC/IEEE/ANSI. standards (Type & Routine Testing of Transformer).
•Coordinate activities: final inspection and internal testing.
•To coordinate non-conformances observed internal testing.
•Handling Customer Inspections independently.
•Handling of Internal testing & shifts independently. 

Key Deliverables    

•To ensure that Transformers are inspected and tested as per the applicable specifications.
•Should have knowledge of NABL documentation & activity. 
•Reporting and analysis of non-conformance during testing of Transformers
•Planning & execution of on time calibration of instruments before due date.
•Arranging for repair/maintenance of measuring instruments
•Active participation in implementation of Corrective / Preventive actions. 
•Attitude towards safe working.
