Regional Sales Head - MEA

Order booking: To achieve defined order booking for Junction boxes, Cable management solutions( cable Glands, Connectors & Clamping), Earthing & Lighting Protection systems & Safety PPE in MENA through existing and new clients. To prepare regional/Product targets and budgets for the team. To support team by participating in techno-commercial negotiation of large & critical orders through personal visit to Customers and close the deal. Finalization of annual contracts with Customers. Review all statutory and legal compliances associated with Customer orders. Build Project pipeline for future. Build Project Approvals.
Sales: To ensure achievement of budgeted sales numbers through alignment with Operations and supply chain. To maintain relationships & enhance engagement with key accounts through periodic business visits To prepare reports for internal reviews To prepare LTP and market size assessment. 1
New Business development To ensure continuous development of SPANCO funnel through identification and onboarding of new Customers To visit and close the deal with new prospects. To analyze new market trends, competition benchmarking and provide inputs to product management for introduction of new products Finalization of business agreement with Customers, target and contract finalization with distributors Drive strategic initiatives for sustainable and profitable growth across markets To promote RRL products and brand through participation in exhibitions, online platforms
Profitability: Manage order booking as per pricing policy to ensure defined margins Timely price increases from the market to safeguard profitability Ensure proper approvals are in place for discounting plans To align team for continuous focus on high margin products and closing deals with maximum margins
Working Capital management: To ensure timely collection of receivables by periodic reviews with sales team To ensure no bad debt and securitization of payment terms with customers To work along with Operations team to keep a check on inventory levels
People Management To identify gaps and prepare development & training plan for team members To coach & motivate team to enhance engagement levels and provide support for any issues faced by them
