External Job Description

The Sales Training Head will lead the enterprise-wide sales capability and learning strategy for RPG Life Sciences. The role is responsible for building a high-performance, scientifically strong, and execution-focused field force by driving sales training strategy, leadership development, induction excellence, and continuous capability building across all levels of the sales organization.

This is a critical leadership role that directly impacts sales productivity, manager effectiveness, and overall commercial excellence.
