Senior Engineer - Civil

Job Purpose

To supervise and execute civil works for wind power projects, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, safety adherence, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor all civil construction activities related to wind power projects.
• Supervise foundation works, excavation, concreting, reinforcement, and structural activities at site.
• Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal project teams for smooth site execution.
• Monitor site progress and maintain daily/weekly progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety guidelines, and statutory compliances.
• Verify contractor bills, measurements, and material consumption at site.
• Resolve technical issues related to civil execution and provide engineering support.
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and construction materials.
• Coordinate with electrical and mechanical teams for integrated project execution.
• Participate in site inspections, audits, and review meetings.
