Senior Engineer - Execution

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Civil Engineer – Execution with experience in high-rise residential and/or industrial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for on-site execution, monitoring construction activities, ensuring quality and safety compliance, coordinating with contractors, and achieving project timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Execute and supervise civil construction activities at project sites.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
Manage execution of RCC, finishing, structural, masonry, and industrial civil works.
Coordinate with consultants, architects, MEP teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
Monitor daily site progress and prepare DPRs (Daily Progress Reports).
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
Conduct quantity checks, material reconciliation, and work measurements.
Verify bar bending schedules (BBS), shuttering, concreting, and finishing works.
Resolve technical and execution-related issues at site.
Ensure timely availability of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Participate in project planning and milestone tracking.
Maintain documentation related to execution, inspections, and billing support.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company safety guidelines.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of RCC and high-rise building execution.
Experience in industrial structures, warehouses, factories, or residential towers.
Good understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
Knowledge of QA/QC procedures and safety practices.
Ability to handle contractors and site workforce efficiently.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting tools.
Familiarity with bar bending schedules, estimation, and billing coordination.
Strong communication and team coordination skills.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple activities.
Educational Qualification
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
(Diploma candidates with strong execution experience may also be considered.)
Preferred Experience
Experience in high-rise residential projects (G+15 and above) and/or industrial construction projects.
Exposure to reputed real estate developers, EPC companies, or infrastructure firms.
Experience in handling finishing activities and structural execution independently.
