Job Summary

The Execution Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating all on-site construction activities for high-rise residential projects. The role ensures work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Project Execution
Supervise day-to-day construction activities for high-rise residential buildings.
Ensure execution of structural, finishing, and allied works as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress against construction schedules and identify potential delays.
Ensure timely availability of materials, manpower, and equipment at site.
Quality Control
Ensure compliance with project quality standards and approved methodologies.
Conduct inspections of reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Coordinate with QA/QC teams for inspections and closure of observations.
Maintain records of quality checks and site inspections.
Site Coordination
Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, and interior teams.
Resolve site-related technical issues in consultation with design and project teams.
Attend site meetings and prepare progress reports.
Safety Compliance
Ensure adherence to site safety procedures and statutory requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks and monitor safe working practices.
Report unsafe conditions and coordinate corrective actions.
Planning & Monitoring
Track daily work progress and productivity.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Assist in resource planning and project scheduling.
Support billing measurements and contractor certifications.
Documentation
Maintain site records, work permits, inspection reports, and progress documentation.
Prepare quantity measurements and reconciliation reports.
Ensure proper documentation of changes, RFIs, and site instructions.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3–10 years of experience in execution of high-rise residential construction projects.
Experience in RCC frame structures, finishing works, and coordination with MEP services.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret structural, architectural, and MEP drawings.
Familiarity with construction quality standards and safety regulations.
Proficiency in:
AutoCAD
MS Excel
MS Project / Primavera (preferred)
