Senior Engineer - Execution

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Execution Engineer with 7–12 years of expertise in executing high-rise residential projects using the Mivan aluminium formwork system. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities to ensure timely project delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution

• Lead and supervise day-to-day construction activities for high-rise residential projects.
• Ensure execution is carried out as per approved drawings, project specifications, construction methodology, and project schedules.
• Coordinate structural, architectural, finishing, and MEP activities to achieve seamless project execution.
• Monitor progress against project milestones and implement corrective measures to avoid delays.

Mivan Formwork Execution

• Plan and execute RCC works using the Mivan aluminium formwork system.
• Supervise formwork erection, reinforcement, embedded items, concrete pouring, de-shuttering, and cycle management.
• Optimize Mivan cycle time to achieve planned construction productivity.
• Coordinate with design, QA/QC, planning, and procurement teams to ensure uninterrupted execution.
• Ensure proper maintenance, handling, and utilization of Mivan shuttering materials.

Site Coordination

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site execution.
• Resolve technical issues and ensure compliance with approved construction drawings.
• Monitor manpower deployment, equipment utilization, and subcontractor performance.

Quality Management

• Ensure all construction activities comply with project quality standards and QA/QC procedures.
• Conduct inspections before, during, and after RCC works.
• Minimize rework by ensuring adherence to approved construction practices.

Safety & Compliance

• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards across the project site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
• Promote safe work practices among project teams and subcontractors.

Planning & Reporting

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Monitor material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
• Maintain project documentation, site records, measurements, and execution reports.
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

Billing & Documentation

• Verify subcontractor measurements and work completion.
• Support preparation of running bills, reconciliation statements, and progress documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of execution records and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Diploma in Civil Engineering may be considered with extensive relevant experience.

Experience

• 7–12 years of experience in executing high-rise residential building projects.
• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the Mivan aluminium formwork system.
• Experience in projects involving multi-storey residential towers from foundation to finishing.
• Exposure to RCC frame construction, finishing works, and MEP coordination is essential.
