Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Execution Engineer to oversee the execution of industrial and water infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, site execution, contractor management, quality control, safety compliance, and coordination with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and supervise civil, structural, and allied construction activities for industrial and water infrastructure projects.
- Monitor day-to-day site progress and ensure execution is in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with design, planning, procurement, quality, safety, and client teams for seamless project execution.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and site resources to achieve project milestones.
- Review construction drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications before execution.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and applicable construction codes.
- Implement and monitor EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) practices at the project site.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and update project documentation.
- Identify construction risks and proactively resolve technical and execution-related issues.
- Verify measurements, certify contractor bills, and monitor material consumption.
- Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and client expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech).
- 7–8 years of experience in execution of industrial, water treatment, wastewater treatment, pumping station, pipeline, or related infrastructure projects.
- Experience in EPC project execution will be preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial and water infrastructure construction methodologies.
- Experience in RCC, structural steel, underground pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, WTP/STP, and utility works.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of project planning and monitoring.
- Good understanding of quality assurance and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with safety standards and construction regulations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Preferred Experience
- Execution of Water Treatment Plants (WTP), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP), industrial buildings, utility networks, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
- Experience in handling multiple contractors and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Exposure to project commissioning and client handover.
