Senior Executive - Payroll, Contract Workforce Management & Compliance

RPG Life Sciences is looking for a Senior Executive to manage Payroll, Contract Workforce Management, and Compliance at the RPGLS Ankleshwar site. This is a full-time, on-rolls role.
In this role, you will be responsible for payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries, and handling payroll-related queries. You will also manage attendance tracking and ensure accurate inputs for payroll. In addition, you will oversee contract workforce management, including coordination with vendors and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
A key part of the role involves ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance related to payroll and contract labor. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all processes are aligned with company policies and legal requirements.
This role is ideal for someone who is structured, well-organized, and able to manage timelines effectively while handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
