About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused professional to join the International Business & Corporate Strategy team, working closely with the MD’s Office.

The role will support the growth of RPG Life Sciences’ international formulations and API business through market analysis, portfolio planning, partnership support, and cross-functional coordination across regulated and semi-regulated markets.

This position involves working across teams to translate strategy into actionable plans and ensure timely execution of key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. International Market Strategy & Expansion

  • Support evaluation and prioritization of international markets (EU, UK, Canada, LATAM, MENA, SEA)
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities
  • Assist in defining market entry strategies (partnerships, distribution, licensing)

2. Portfolio Strategy & Pipeline Planning

  • Identify portfolio gaps and opportunities across dosage forms and therapeutic areas
  • Support development of the international product pipeline and launch roadmap
  • Assist in product prioritization and launch sequencing across markets

3. Business Planning & Analysis

  • Build and maintain country-wise business plans and forecasts
  • Support financial analysis, including pricing, margins, and revenue projections
  • Track performance against plans and highlight key variances

4. Licensing & Partnerships Support

  • Support identification and evaluation of potential partners for licensing and distribution
  • Assist in deal evaluation and internal approvals
  • Coordinate with partners to track deliverables and timelines

5. Launch Planning & PMO Coordination

  • Work with cross-functional teams (Regulatory, R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, Marketing) to ensure launch readiness
  • Track key milestones, risks, and dependencies for international launches
  • Support development and tracking of launch plans and timelines

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Act as a coordination point across functions to ensure alignment on priorities
  • Support review meetings and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
  • Prepare updates and presentations for leadership

7. Strategic & Ad-hoc Projects

  • Support strategic initiatives related to international business
  • Assist in preparing analysis and presentations for the MD’s Office
  • Contribute to process improvements and reporting frameworks

Who Should Apply

Experience & Background

  • 2-4 years of experience in:
    • International pharmaceutical business development, or
    • Consulting (preferably with exposure to healthcare/pharma)
  • Exposure to regulated and/or semi-regulated markets is preferred

Education

  • Maters in Business Administration (Finance preferred)

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and stakeholder management ability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines
