Senior Executive- Talent Acquisition

The Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions including Sales, Corporate, Marketing, and Medical Affairs. The role will play a critical part in building a strong talent pipeline to support the organization’s growth strategy.

The incumbent will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to identify talent needs, manage the recruitment lifecycle, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The role will also support the Head of HR in hiring for senior and leadership positions and will play an active role in managing campus recruitment initiatives.
