Position Summary
The Lead-Talent Acquisition will drive end-to-end recruitment strategy and execution for civil construction projects, managing both high-volume workforce hiring and niche technical recruitment. The role will leverage SAP SuccessFactors to enable efficient hiring processes, data-driven decision-making and improved candidate experience across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities
1.Talent Acquisition Strategy
Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with project pipelines and business expansion
Forecast manpower requirements using SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard to fill roles

2.Manpower Mobilization & Demobilization
Plan and execute mobilization of manpower blue-collar and white-collar for new and ongoing project sites
Coordinate with Project Heads for timely deployment aligned with project schedules
Manage demobilization at project completion, including redeployment, exit formalities, and workforce optimization
Ensure smooth transition of workforce across projects to minimize downtime and cost
Maintain real-time manpower tracking through SAP SuccessFactors or HR systems

3.End-to-End Recruitment Management
Manage full recruitment lifecycle through SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting module
Drive bulk hiring for site workforce skilled, semi-skilled, unskilled Staff
Ensure quick turnaround time TAT to meet project mobilization timelines
Oversee onboarding processes through digital workflows

4.Stakeholder Management
Partner with Project Heads,Regional Leaders and HRBPs to understand manpower and deployment needs
Provide insights on talent availability and hiring challenges
Use SuccessFactors dashboards to present hiring and mobilization status

5.Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage recruitment agencies and staffing partners
Ensure timely supply of manpower for mobilization needs
Track vendor performance and compliance using system-based tools

6.Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
Drive employer branding initiatives through digital platforms and campus hiring
Build long-term talent pipelines for recurring project needs
Strengthen partnerships with ITIs, diploma institutes, and engineering colleges

7.Recruitment Operations & Compliance
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and statutory requirements
Maintain accurate workforce data in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration
Support compliance for contract labor hiring and workforce transitions

8.Technology & Recruitment Analytics
Leverage SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics Recruiting Analytics
Track key KPIs:
Time-to-hire
Cost per hire
Mobilization efficiency
Redeployment ratio
Use data insights to optimize hiring and manpower deployment

9.HR Digital Transformation
Drive adoption and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors across regions and sites
Train hiring managers and TA teams on system usage 
Support automation of recruitment and workforce deployment processes

10.Team Leadership
Lead,mentor,and manage the Talent Acquisition team
Set hiring and mobilization targets
Monitor team performance through dashboards and metrics

Qualifications & Experience
MBA PGDM in HR or equivalent
15to17 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Proven experience in civil construction, infrastructure, EPC industry
Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors
