Position – Senior Managers HRBP

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business objectives. The role will partner closely with leadership to drive talent strategy, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders on all HR-related matters
  • Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and talent acquisition strategies
  • Support organizational design, restructuring, and change management initiatives
  • Implement performance management systems and drive performance culture
  • Partner with leadership on employee engagement, retention, and succession planning
  • Provide expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary structuring, and rewards strategy
  • Ensure effective grievance handling and employee relations management
  • Drive HR analytics, insights, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements
  • Lead and support HR transformation and process improvement initiatives

Candidate Profile

  • Full-time MBA (HR) from a reputed institute
  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partnering role
  • Proven experience in handling senior stakeholders and large teams
