Job Responsibilities

• Lead with Expertise: Provide expert oversight and management of all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) aspects of assigned projects, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and industry best practices.
• Champion Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with clients, higher authorities, and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Drive Operational Excellence: Implement and maintain rigorous project execution plans, adhering to KEC's SOPs and striving to exceed client expectations by delivering projects ahead of schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience successfully managing all MEP aspects of complex construction projects.
• Deep understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
