Role Purpose

The Senior Manager – Marketing (Product Management) will lead portfolio strategy, brand development, and lifecycle management for the Specialty Division. The role requires strong strategic orientation, deep market understanding, and cross-functional leadership to drive growth, strengthen brand equity, and ensure successful new product launches in complex, high-value segments.

Key Responsibilities
1. Portfolio Strategy & Brand Leadership

Develop and execute long-term portfolio strategy aligned with Specialty Division objectives.

Create differentiated brand positioning and value propositions.

Drive sustainable growth through lifecycle management and portfolio optimization.

Conduct annual brand planning with clear growth roadmaps.

2. New Product Planning & Launch Excellence

Identify and evaluate new product opportunities in specialty segments.

Lead end-to-end launch management including forecasting, pricing, and GTM strategy.

Ensure launch readiness through alignment with Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Track launch KPIs and optimize strategy post-launch.

3. Market & Competitive Intelligence

Analyze market dynamics, patient pathways, prescribing behavior, and competitive activity.

Develop strategic responses to competitive threats.

Leverage data analytics to drive informed decision-making.

4. KOL Engagement & Scientific Marketing

Work closely with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and specialty stakeholders.

Support scientific initiatives, CMEs, conferences, and academic partnerships.

Develop high-quality promotional and scientific materials aligned with regulatory standards.

5. Sales Force Effectiveness

Develop impactful promotional campaigns and marketing tools.

Conduct cycle meetings, product training sessions, and strategic briefings.

Partner with the sales leadership team to enhance field execution.

Monitor ROI on marketing investments.

6. Financial Planning & Forecasting

Prepare accurate demand forecasts and business projections.

Manage marketing budgets effectively.

Drive brand profitability and margin improvement.

7. Compliance & Ethical Governance

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical marketing practices.

Uphold corporate values of integrity and transparency in all initiatives.
