Job Responsibilities

• Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of construction professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, high performance, and adherence to KEC's core values.
• Project Execution: Oversee and manage construction activities to ensure alignment with project timelines, budgets, and RPG's unwavering commitment to quality and safety standards.
• Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and seamless project execution.
• Resource Optimization: Strategically manage resources, including manpower, machinery, and materials, to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
• Safety and Quality Assurance: Champion a safety-first culture on-site, implementing and upholding rigorous safety protocols to achieve zero harm. Ensure all work adheres to KEC's stringent quality standards, minimizing non-conformances and exceeding client expectations.
• Financial Performance: Contribute to the project's financial success by monitoring costs, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely billing and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in construction management within the EPC industry, ideally with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• A strong commitment to ethical conduct and upholding the values of KEC and the RPG Group.
