The Senior Manager, Sales Training will lead the end-to-end sales capability development agenda for the field force of RPG Life Sciences. The role is responsible for designing and delivering high-impact induction programs for new hires, ongoing sales training, and managerial capability development programs for first-line and mid-level sales leaders. The objective is to build a high-performing, scientifically strong, and execution-focused sales organization.
