Senior Officer - Labour Mobilization

Key Responsibilities

• Workforce Planning & Deployment:
• Forecast labor requirements based on project timelines and site schedules.
• Coordinate the mass movement, transport, and deployment of labor teams to various sites.
• Track workforce allocation metrics to optimize utilization rates and prevent labor shortages.
• Onboarding & Induction:
• Manage the orientation, site induction, and integration process for newly mobilized workers.
• Ensure all personnel receive mandatory health, safety (OSHA), and operational briefings before starting work.

• Compliance & Documentation:
• Verify labor contracts, visas, work permits, and certifications to guarantee legal compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date worker databases, attendance logs, and mobilization tracking spreadsheets.
• Logistics & Welfare Management:
• Oversee the site accommodation, catering, and medical care logistics for mobilized labor forces.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving worker grievances, welfare issues, or site disputes.
