Technical Delivery Manager

Position Summary:
We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Digital Transformation Lead to drive our digital initiatives across the organization. This role combines strategic thinking with execution—leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack and AI-driven applications to address complex business challenges in the EPC domain. The ideal candidate is a techno-functional leader with a passion for innovation, strong technical expertise, and a proven track record of leading high-performing development teams.
Key Activities & Responsibilities:
•
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack and AI developers.
•
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify pain points and implement digital solutions aligned with business goals.
•
Design and develop web applications using Flutter, Angular, jQuery, and .NET technologies.
•
Architect backend systems and APIs using .NET and PostgreSQL/MSSQL.
•
Design and deploy AI / GenAI-based tools using Python, LangChain, and relevant APIs.
•
Build data pipelines for ETL processes using Python, SSIS and Apache Airflow.
•
Integrate enterprise systems such as SAP, Primavera, SharePoint, and service desks (e.g., Freshdesk).
•
Implement containerized solutions using Docker and oversee CI/CD pipelines.
•
Enable self-service BI/reporting for business users using Metabase or similar tools.
•
Ensure system scalability, performance tuning, and robust documentation.
Technical Skills Required:
Frontend:
•
Flutter, Angular (2+), jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
Backend:
•
.NET / ASP.NET MVC, C#, RESTful APIs
Databases:
•
PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, basic understanding of NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
AI & Automation:
•
Python, LangChain, OpenAI, OCR tools (Tesseract, Google Vision, etc.)
ETL & Workflow Orchestration:
•
Python scripting, SSIS, Apache Airflow for data workflows

Reporting & BI:
•
Metabase (preferred), SSRS Power BI or equivalent tools
DevOps:
•
Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Docker containerization
Others:
•
Familiar with RPA concepts and tools

•
Strong leadership and team management
•
Ability to align technical solutions with business strategy
•
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects
Qualifications:
•
Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech), Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), or a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•
8–10 years of professional experience, including 2+ years in a leadership capacity
•
Prior experience in EPC, Engineering, or Construction domain is a strong plus
