Job Title: Senior Executive – HR Operations

Role Overview

The Senior Executive – HR Operations will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operational processes, with a strong focus on HR systems, employee lifecycle support, and vendor coordination. The role requires hands-on expertise in HR platforms and the ability to ensure seamless execution of HR services across the organization.


Key Responsibilities

1. HR Systems Management

  • Manage and administer HR operations on SuccessFactors, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
  • Handle leave and attendance management through Portico
  • Support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and user queries across platforms
  • Maintain HR dashboards and reports using advanced Excel

2. Mediclaim Administration

  • Manage end-to-end Mediclaim processes for employees
  • Coordinate with insurance vendors for claims processing, issue resolution, and escalations
  • Ensure timely enrolment, renewals, and communication of policy benefits

3. Vendor Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact for vendors related to SuccessFactors, Portico, and Kleeto
  • Manage annual subscriptions, renewals, and service agreements
  • Ensure timely resolution of system issues through vendor coordination

4. Employee Lifecycle & Induction

  • Manage and execute the common induction program for new joiners
  • Ensure smooth onboarding experience through structured processes and coordination
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding documentation and system updates

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies and audit requirements
  • Support HR audits by providing required documentation and data

Required Skills

Functional Skills

  • Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors
  • Working knowledge of Portico (leave & attendance system)
  • Familiarity with Kleeto or similar HR platforms

Soft Skills

  • Advanced Excel (data analysis, reporting, dashboards)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint for presentations

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in HR Operations
  • Experience in managing HR systems and vendor coordination preferred
