JOB PURPOSE/ VALUE ADDITION:
- Design and develop business strategy for India and SAARC, identify new business opportunities and revenue streams; top level customer relationships with top 200 potential customers to grow wallet share with existing clients with objective of enhancing sales volumes as well as increasing customer base for the organization.
- Creating high value enquiry funnel (Suspects and prospect ) for the sales team, where team gets the visibility of business minimum one /two years.
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/ MAJOR TASKS
List the critical accountabilities that must be achieved in order that the job purpose is fulfilled.

Market development: 1. Introducing new products to existing customers and new customers. Increase business share with existing customers for existing products which have not yet been introduced to the customer. 2. Business development activities in Railway vertical for the Railway products and existing EPD products. 3. Pre-tendering activities, specification work, Concept/value solution-based selling 4. Market intelligence and competition bench marking |

Customer Engagement: 1. Customer relationship with 200 highly potential customers. 2. Technical presentations with potential customers |

3. Lead Generation: 1. Suspects and Prospects enquiry generation by tracking projects at pre-tendering stage. 2. Enquiry generation by Solution based selling (Focus products) |

Order Bookings: Order booking from 200 nos. potential customers |
|
4. Product and Vendor approval: Approval of products and vendor approval from various utilities and customers. |
Qualification & Experience:
a. Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical)
b. 17 to 20 years of experience
