Roles & Responsibilities/Deliverables            

We are looking for a results-driven and strategic professional to lead Sales & Business Development for our Solar Components division, specifically focused on solar connectors and junction boxes. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and most importantly, converting those opportunities into sustainable sales. This is a high-impact role combining market expansion with revenue generation.            

Business Development:
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
Build strategic alliances and partnerships with EPC contractors, solar module manufacturers, and OEMs.
Explore and penetrate new markets, industry segments, and geographies.
Track industry trends and emerging technologies to align offerings with market demand."            

Sales & Revenue Generation:
Convert leads and business opportunities into confirmed sales and long-term accounts.
Drive the end-to-end sales process including pitch, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall profitability of the solar product line.
Build a robust sales pipeline with clear forecasting and regular reporting.        

Customer Relationship Management:
Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Serve as the key point of contact for client communication and escalation.        

Market Representation:
Represent the company at trade fairs, industry conferences, and customer events.
Enhance the brand image and visibility of the company’s solar components portfolio.        

Reporting & Forecasting
Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on sales performance, market trends, and forecasts.
Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure data-driven decision-making.
Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic alignment.
