Key Purpose of the Job (Position Summary)
This position plays a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in efficiently driving the agenda of CEO office and drive successful completion of critical organisational projects.

Functions And Responsibilities
•Drive critical organizational projects for the CEO office. This involves project management and active involvement in successful execution of certain projects.
•It will involve working with the Strategy head on future and incubation projects.
•It will involve working across Excom/OPCOM’s to drive key initiatives, benchmarking surveys, competition analysis.
•Drive efficiency of the CEO office by managing agenda, tracking execution of agreed actions, supporting CEO in his deliverables, building presentations/documents in various forums eg Board meetings, BRB reviews, Strategy reviews, monthly business MIS, external forums etc
•Support the CEO by maintaining a strong review mechanism for key deliverables of all OPCOM /Excom’s. It includes publishing MIS, documenting & tracking MOM, tracking action completion across review forums etc
•Facilitating communication between CEO office and the rest of the leadership.
•Working along with all OPCOM and Excom members in driving key priorities.

Experience:
5-6 years of experience (desirable if worked in a TQM organisation)

Other key responsibilities:
The incumbent is expected to have strong Interpersonal skills to build relationships for improved collaboration. He / She will have to manage multiple projects while using analytical capability and should be adept at using MS Office. 
He / she should be having strong influencing capability to drive projects across teams and hierarchy along with proper planning - organizing and practising continues process improvement
