External Job Description
1. Job Purpose
To lead national service operations and ensure efficient execution, customer satisfaction, and strong team performance.
2. Key Responsibilities

Lead regional teams to achieve project execution, revenue, and collection targets.

Support Pan-India service strategy, expansion, and partner development.

Ensure timely execution of rate contracts, tenders, and key account service requests.

Drive adoption of the service app for real-time tracking and closure.

Improve TAT, manpower productivity, and service margins.

Ensure strict EHS compliance and promote a zero-incident culture.

Develop MIS and dashboards for reviews.

Mentor regional managers, engineers, and field teams.

Conduct site audits, safety checks, and customer feedback reviews.

Coordinate with sales, planning, and supply chain for smooth execution
